Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Aptusly (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Lipik Invoice mobile application (“Lipik”).

Information you provide

When you create an account, you provide an email address and password. Authentication is provided by Google Firebase Authentication. Lipik also lets you enter business, customer, product, invoice, payment and bank details to create invoices.

Where your invoice data is stored

Your invoice and business records are stored locally on your device, not synchronized to our servers. The local database is encrypted using AES-256-GCM, with key material protected through your device’s secure key storage. Password-protected export backups are separately encrypted. We cannot recover a forgotten backup password.

Information processed by service providers

Firebase Authentication processes your email address and authentication metadata—such as sign-in timestamps, user identifier and technical information needed to secure authentication—on our behalf. Google’s handling of this data is governed by its applicable Firebase terms and privacy documentation.

How we use information

• To create and secure your Lipik account.
• To provide invoicing, backup and export functions you request.
• To protect the service and respond to support, privacy or deletion requests.

What we do not enable

The current release does not enable advertising, cloud invoice synchronization, analytics, hosted AI processing or crash-reporting services. If this changes, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before those services are enabled.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose account information only to service providers needed to operate authentication, when required by law, or to protect users and the service.

Retention and deletion

Authentication information is kept while your account is active and is deleted when your account deletion is completed, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention or law. Device-local records can be erased through Lipik’s “Delete account & local data” option. Uninstalling Lipik normally removes its device-local application data.

Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypted local storage and platform secure-key facilities. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection; keep your device, account credentials and exported backups secure.

Children

Lipik is a business invoicing tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices and contact

You may request access, correction or deletion of account information by contacting support@aptusly.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when Lipik’s features or legal obligations change. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
